1. Order Cancellation by Customer

- Once cancelled (pre-dispatch), we refund the full amount (minus any payment processing fees) within 5 business days.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
- After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled outright.
- You may refuse delivery and return the item (refer to our Return & Refund Policy).
- The cost of return shipping and handling may be deducted from the refund.
3. Cancellation by Us
- We may cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or regulatory reasons.
- In such cases, we will notify you and refund the amount paid (including any shipping charges paid, if applicable).
4. Modification of Order
- Minor modifications (size, metal, etc.) may be allowed prior to dispatch.
- Major changes are treated as cancellations and require placing a new order.
