Return & Refund Policy

1. Scope & Eligibility
- Returns and refunds are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong item delivered), within 7 days of delivery.
- Customized, personalized, engraved, or made‑to-order jewellery cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.
- Products must be returned in their original condition (unused, with original packaging, tags, certificates, etc.).
2. Initiating a Return
Contact us within the return period using the contact details below, providing:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographs (if applicable)
We will review your request and approve or reject the return based on our inspection.
3. Return Shipping
- Once approved, we will provide instructions or a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Unless the return is due to our mistake (defective or wrong item), you will bear the cost of return shipping.
- Use a tracked, insured courier service to protect the item in transit.
4. Inspection & Refund Processing
- After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it.
- If the return is valid, we will initiate the refund or exchange within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be made via the same payment method originally used (unless otherwise agreed).
- In cases of partial defects or acceptable variations, we may propose partial compensation instead of a full refund.
5. Refund Amount & Deductions
- A full refund will be issued for defective or incorrect items (excluding original shipping charge, unless we are at fault).
- For returns due to change of mind (if accepted), a restocking or handling fee may apply.
- Shipping, insurance, customs duties, or handling charges are non‑refundable.
6. Exchange Policy
- Where possible, we may offer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).
- Exchanges follow the same return process. The new item will be dispatched after receipt and verification of the returned item.
7. Cancellation & Refund
- If you cancel before dispatch, we will refund the full amount (minus any payment gateway fees).
- If cancellation occurs after dispatch, you must return the product at your cost; refunds will be processed after inspection.
8. How Long Until Refund?
Refunds typically take 5–14 business days, depending on banking/payment systems. We will notify you when the refund is initiated.
9. Non‑Returnable / Non‑Refundable Items
- Jewellery that has been worn, altered, resized, or damaged by the customer.
- Customized or personalized items (unless defective).
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Items sold under “clearance” or “final sale” (unless defective).
