- Customized or made-to-order jewellery may take 5–10 business days to manufacture and dispatch.

- Express delivery options typically take 1–3 days.

5. Delivery Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

6. Risk & Title
- Risk passes to you once the product is delivered to your specified address.
- Please inspect the package immediately and notify us of any damage.
